The first two scenes of A MidSummer Night's Dream was mostly about Egues and the fact that he wants Hermia to marry Demetrius. Hermia says constantly that she loves Lysander but Egues doesn't care. Egues threatens to kill her if she doesn't marry Demetrius.
The second scene was about a couple of guys who were making a play for the marriage of Theseus. Then they talk about who is playing what in the play.
